Valley Park Community Association has secured six months of funding for Community Engagement Coordinator Lucy after a lottery funding application was unsuccessful. The charity is now gathering testimonials from residents and local organisations to strengthen a new application. Meanwhile, residents are invited to a special Community Kettle talk on social care with Brendoncare CEO Michael Crutchley, and the Association has welcomed new marketing volunteer Abbi to help promote community activities.
